Refund and Cancellation Policy

As a responsible home care service, we aim to provide quality companionship and caregiving services to all our clients. We stay committed to attending to our respected client’s needs with compassion and care. We believe late arrivals, cancellations, and no-shows can cause inconvenience not only to our clients but the caregivers as well. Sunrise Home Care Services encourages our clients to be aware of our policy about missed or canceled appointments. It will help us continue providing our professional home care services seamlessly and without any inconvenience to our clients.

Appointment Cancellation

For Our Valued Clients:

When you book an appointment with Sunrise Home Care Services, you reserve a space in our system that is no longer available to other Clients. We encourage you to kindly cancel your appointment with us as soon as you become aware that it wouldn’t be possible for you to make it.

We urged all of our valued clients to cancel the appointments 24 hours in advance.  Appointments remain in high demand, and your corporation can allow us to cater to other clients during the vacant time slot.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when you cancel an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the appointment time. It will be considered a no-show if you cannot make it to the appointment without prior notice. In either case, the client would be charged with the full amount to ensure the entitled rights of our caregivers.

Caregiver:

When you accept an appointment, you are obliged to provide designated services to the Client. We urge all our caregivers to cancel the appointments 36 hours in advance.  Appointment requirements from clients remain in high demand, and your corporation can allow us to find a replacement to cater to other clients during the committed time slot.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when you cancel an appointment less than 36 hours prior to the appointment time. It will be considered a no-show if you cannot make it to the appointment without prior notice. In either case, the client will receive all services agreed upon in the appointment. We will be charging you a penalty and might take appropriate actions to ensure the organization’s credibility.
